  1. Amazon Customer

Good quality, rides well. Bought two. Will order more soon.

  2. Deshawn

    Very good 👍

This is not a good choice for a bike snob, but you know that already, right? This is a cheap fat bike for someone who doesn’t want to spend 3 to 4 times as much on an “entry level” unit at their local bike shop.

I ride a fairly decent road bike during spring to fall, and picked one of these up for the winter. Yes, it’s a definite step down in terms of overall quality. If I wanted to, I could replace a whole bunch of the components to make it a lot nicer. But is it perfectly acceptable for my 15-minute winter commute? The answer is of course yes. I’m satisfied, especially given the price point I was able to snag it at.

The seat was a little uncomfortable but the bike looks fantastic

I have about a hundred miles on it so far. I’m 220 pounds. I had to shim one of the brakes with a couple small washers. One of the pedals has a click (it’s a cheap bike, I was planning on replacing them regardless, know what your buying). It’s a really slow bike but I bought it for a workout and to puttz around and it’s a great bike. $400, five stars for sure. Anytime I buy a cheap bike I expect to replace the pedals (which still work fine) and eventually tires and rims. Great bike. You can find them used on marketplace for 2-3 hundred if you don’t have a lot of cash. The retrospec road bike I bought 4 years ago from Amazon is still going strong too! So I have a road bike and a fat tire bike all for under $700 and I’m really happy with em.

I thought the bike would look cheaply made however its great quality and really big. It’s great for an adult male weighing 200 pounds however the sturdness is awesome thw color is great as well.

  7. Andrew Beck

I put it together in under half an hour and just got back from a 3 hour ride and only because I was thirsty. Haven’t rode bikes in years. I’m looking forward to it everyday already.

I bought this bike to turn into a commuter ebike. I’m not done putting it together but if I only bought it to ride regular I would have to put more money into it already after only a couple of days. I put it together and riding in the first day was okay but the chain makes a sound every time you pedal with your left foot. Then the second day the left pedal popped off and stripped the hole in the crank arm so now I have to take it to a bike shop. Thought of just welding it on but I’ll see because I mainly will be using throttle using a 72 volt 40ah 3000 watt setup I just needed a bigger tire bike because I’m a bit heavier and bikes with suspension are more expensive but I might return it because it’s such a hassle after not even having it for a week. If you get this bike for off roading I would recommend a new seat like I got because the seat is small and uncomfortable I also thought the frame is solid and lighter than expected but I also thought it might have more give when riding and more bounce flexibility wise but it is smooth off road from what little riding I did on the first day. The transition from smooth road to off-road was almost unnoticeable. If I didn’t have a pedal problem or a chain problem I would give it 5 stars because for the money it can’t be beat even though it’s a little stiff but with my issues the best I can give it is a 3 star and if it’s too expensive to get the pedal and chain repaired in the next week I will be returning it

the bike was for a large man 300 pounds and he can ride it with no problem . It is a great bike.

Okay so I am going to start with the Pros:

    1) The bicycle frame seems very sturdy, and the black with white accents on the steel frame is sharp – as are the black aluminum rims.

    2) The bike is MOSTLY assembled in the package.

    3) The wheels are fantastic, you can just ignore so many obstructions with this thing while on the trails.

    Now for the CONS:

    1) The Price. I don’t know who wants to wake up these bicycle companies about it but Covid 19 causing a supply deficit can’t be used as an excuse anymore. I am CERTAIN that the supply and demand has balanced out by now. Y’all are just greedy and don’t want to go back to the proper cost balance because you can make more this way and it is messed up. The cost of bicycles in general is ridiculous. This bike went for around $400 before Covid and I had to fork over more than $900 that is Corporate Greed at its finest.

    2) The weight, Just so you guys know this bike is made with a Steel frame – as they state – and it is HEAVY.

    3) The brakes – because of the weight of the bike in particular – take quite a bit of time to engage and bring you to a stop – I recommend using the rear and then the front brakes to ensure a safe stop. If these brakes were on a lighter weight bicycle I am sure they would perform much better.

    4) The seat. It is far too firm. Also the seat post assembly does not like to stay where it is, the seat will shift downward if too much pressure is applied to it and that is a problem for people that don’t like to smash their scrotum against their seat – which I am certain is most of us.

    5) The assembly instructions. They suck, there is no ifs ands or buts about this one… They hand you a “generic” assembly guide and expect you to figure it out. Just based on the simple fact of how grossly they overpriced this product you would expect them to at least provide proper building instructions. But alas that is not the case here.

    6) This is a specific one directed to Purolator – and whichever other channels that this bicycle went through to make it to my doorstep – not the seller so I will not blame the seller for this one. BUT there was a hole in the bottom, and side of the box they delivered this in. There were ALSO loose components in the bottom of the box that were necessary. It was a MIRACLE that nothing was lost due to this oversight on the packaging.

    In summation:
Solid bike, Great frame and wheels, not without its flaws, RIDICULOUS price, Braking is challenging due to bike weight being so heavy, Seat and Seat Assembly just suck all around. Instructions are wrong and just generalized, and your delivery method needs to be more CAREFUL. My advice, just wait until prices go down, and save yourself the heartache and ridiculous pricing.

    Good stuff
