Assembly became fairly straightforward when using the video. The written instructions were confusing, sometimes not clear and the print size and pictures were unreadable without a magnifying glass. I still can’t adjust the brakes to function smoothly without dragging the tires and squeaking in the rear, and there are no instructions on how to do it properly. I am very disappointed that there is no customer support phone number in the paperwork that came with the bike.
On the upside my wife is very happy with how the bike rides and it’s appearance. I am hoping to find a way to contact the manufacturer and get some assistance with the brakes.
UPDATE: I have downgraded to 2 Stars. I found an email for the company. The first response was asking for an order number. The second response I got today was asking for videos of the problem. The chain also fell off when my wife had a bump this morning. Safety’s becoming an issue I’ve asked if they have a dealer that can address these issues.

I bought this for my grandson, and he loved it, the assembly was real quick and easy , and vendors costumer service is great if you have any questions, or issues .

The directions for assembly are horrible. Yes, there is a disclaimer about having a professional build it. But of course most people are going to do it themselves. The rear fender came dented. And the pedals were missing. Just not what I thought $200 would buy me.

I liked the bike to get me places but with a faulty tire it’s a little bit more tough to control.

The bike seems to be pretty solid. The assembly instructions were not the best. There were some missing instructions for the handlebars. It was challenging to assemble but the video included in the product description was helpful. Overall I would say it’s worth it. I gave it 4 stars because of the poor assembly instructions.
