Like this bike. Fairly easy to assemble. brakes required minimal adjustments and the 21 gears shifted well with no adjustment. recommend using a bicycle frame or rack or something to keep rear wheel off ground to check gear shifting so as not to strain shifting parts or chain – also aids in assembly.
included instructions must be for a mountain bike since fenders and back rack barely even mentioned, but screws included in bicycle frame to secure those parts.
seems a shame to have to assemble most bicycles these days, and the “expert assembly” offered here costs almost as much as the bicycle itself! recommend taking to a bicycle shop if unfamiliar with bicycle assembly, brake or gear adjustment, or if you don’t have 4, 5, 6 mm allen wrenches, adjustable wrench, ratchets, etc.

Something was stuck between the spokes of the front wheel damaging and bending it. I am still in thge warranty process to get a new wheel. I have to send a video of the wheel spinning to activate the warranty despite sending a picture of the bent spokes. The bike was not packaged properly for shipping. I have 2 previous bikes from the same manufacturer that were flawless. This one is a flop. CORRECTION: new wheel received Dec 24. Finished assy. Bike is extraordinary for girls. Gold decorations all over. Solid bike. Packaging should be reviewed by manufacturer.

First impressions: not good.
The shipping box arrived very beat-up.
There are almost no interior packaging materials to protect the bike during the 1000s of miles it travels from China – where it is manufactured – to the Kent warehouse/possible reseller, and then to your home.
Simply upon opening the box and making a cursory inspection without even removing it from the box yet, I can see that the overall quality especially in the finishing, such as the plating/polishing on some of the exposed metal parts that are supposed to look nice and/or be weatherproof, is pretty bad. (As you can see from my photos.) Some of these bits are going to rust pretty quick, necessitating having to refinish them yourself before your next damp rainy weather season. We have 3 other mid-level quality / moderately priced bicycles (Schwinns) at my house, and none of them have this issue; all of them have nice smooth finishing in the paint and chroming and bare metal.
I decided to purchase this bicycle because of the low price, and because a bicycle I bought last year that was supposed to be ‘used and good as new’ / ‘open box’ was trashed. So I’ve been waiting for a new bike, and with the pricing algorithm I managed to get this one very inexpensively, while a different hybrid bike I was looking at and holding in my shopping cart the price just kept going up and up and up. And up. And even looking at it today, it has gone up again.
Because I’ve been waiting such a very long time to get a new bike (nearly 2 years, because I absolutely must be very price-conscious) I guess I will just have to chalk this up to experience and the old saying that ‘you get what you pay for’.
I’m going to keep it for now, put it together, see how it turns out, and probably come back later and update / make additional comments on my review.
UPDATE:
I returned it. Upon removing the bike from the box there were immediately a number of other problems presented. The wheel rims are gouged and scratched, and they have obvious seams in them which have sharp exposed edges (sharp enough to cut my finger) and several other areas noticeable where the finishing on metal parts is terrible. (Again, I compared to other bicycles in my household and none of our other bikes have these problems.) And there are loose parts/bolts & nuts & washers rolling around in the bottom of the box very near to a large hole in the side of the box, so how do I know that a bunch of other loose parts didn’t already fall out? Why were these small parts not packaged in a bag or at least taped securely to something? I’m not willing to go through the aggravation of putting the bike together only to find that there are a bunch of parts missing. And the issues with the overall quality is also a deal-breaker.
I’m really super disappointed because this bike was so reasonably priced compared to others, and I really like the aesthetic overall look of this bicycle much better than most, and it has the extras that I really wanted like the fenders and the included rear rack. But I decided with all of the flaws it has, it’s not worth the risk of having problems with it continuously down the road, not even with it’s very reasonable price.
Bummer.

The only reason I’m putting 1 star is because I couldn’t put 0 stars this is one of the biggest wastes of money the first time I road this bike one of the gears broke not to mention how slow it is having thin wheels and lighter frame you think it wouldn’t be. I mean I might as well have walked it is not comfortable one bit even for a 15 minute ride. Also it is a complete pain to pedal will never buy from this company again.

Nice commuter bike for its price range. It has a smooth ride and comfortable for a larger rider. It is light weight and moves will. Shifting is not a precise and the frontend suspension is a little soft. Ordered one bike and it had some chrome flaking off of the back bick rack. Ordered a replacement and got it. Returned the other bike and it has been over three months without notice of receiving the bike or getting a refund. Although, the shipping company reports the bike was delivered within a week of shipping the bike back. Really bad.

I’m not sure why some people left bad reviews about this bike being heavy. Sure, it’s not as light as feather but it’s not heavy. It came with most of the parts assembled and only required few parts to be put together. I’ve had this bike for few weeks and it’s been great.

I absolutely love my new bike. It’s well built, it rides beautifully. This bike looks sleek, up to date. I use it forbleisure bike rides and exercise. The seat is comfortable to me. I bought a bike basket for the front, even though the rack at tbe back is very functional. I also bought a phone bag for the front, which is very roomy for keys, money and other little items. The phone part is water proof. This bike has such a great look. The price wasn’t bad either. Putting it together took about 35 -40 min.

I was really excited to receive this bike as it was advertised as a light aluminum frame bike. It is the heaviest bike I have ever lifted or ridden. I think the only thing that is aluminum are the spikes and the rim attached to the spikes on this bike.
Half-way through putting the bike together, the pedals didn’t fit into the grooves after we had struggled to put the fender on the tires, I finally had enough. We put the bike back into the packaging and I will return it tomorrow.
Count on the Chinese to falsify product information.
Do not buy this bike, I am giving it a ZERO, so no stars at all–unfortunately it would not allow me to submit zero stars above. No stars for any features below either.
What a disappointment!

This bike is very heavy. The seat while comfortable is cheaply made. Can not go fast unless you go down hill.took so long to get.

I have had many bikes in my 81 yrs, but this one is really nice. Very well made, aluminum frame, very light, comfortable ride with the fron suspension and a feral looker I have many complements, it was well packaged no damage and just needed slight brake adjustment on front wheel, shifter mechanism worked perfectly
