2 = 13 to 15 MPH
3 = 16 to 20 MPH
Model 1: power off, hold break, twist and hold throttle, turn on power and count to 10 sec.
Model 2: power off, hold break, power on (with in 10 sec, you must twist throttle 3x times slowly)
after trying one of or both of these steps, you should access higher speeds.
5 MPH more is a lot faster i noticed, i also noticed the pedal assist might have disabled or less speed, which is a plus after unlocking more speed as i hate pedal assist on side walks.
the first day i got it was a friday, didnt charge it till sunday after going not sure distance but time is 7 minutes down town and back at least 6+ times before i had to charge it with power it ship with.
