This bike deserves a 5 star review but I gave it a 4 due to a few things:
The part that attaches the derailleur got very bent during shipping, so much so that a new part had to replace it. Better packing is needed for shipment.
The brand new tires came “wobbly” and both had to be trued to take the wobble out.
So, after paying an additional $65 to fix the derailleur and true the tires (and other necessary adjustments) the bike is running like a Swiss watch.
With that said, great bike for the price and I would give 5 stars other than the aforementioned reasons.

Hello, after opening and assembling the bike. I had to take this bike to be serviced. Both tire rims were bent, and damaged. The tire rims were bent and wobbly. Not rideable without causing more damage. Spent another $211 fixing the issues. Not happy.

This bike actually have some nice derailleurs and shifters. I did have to take some time to adjust the brakes and front derailleur, it wasn’t shifting properly. This is the difference in ordering a bike online vs. Bike at a bike shop. Almost all out of the box bikes will require adjustments to have it perform flawlessly. Aside from that the bike is a very solid well performing bike once it’s dialed in. It’s the perfect size for my wife who is 5’8″. It’s also relatively light and instructions were extremely helpful.

This bike exceeded my expectations. Well made , well packaged and easy to assemble. I do have experience working on bicycles but for fun I had my 12 year old daughter put it together with the supplied toolset. She had it done in about an hour with little guidance from me. It’s a well made and well equipped bicycle for the price.

I bought the bike for girlfriend for Mother’s Day and so far she’s used it for about 2 miles, but it was very easy to put together and adjust all the parts. The quality of the bike and frame are very nice, the shifting system is smooth out of the box. So far very happy with the purchase! Thank you
I’ll report back when the bike has some more miles on it.

When mine arrived, the rear Derailleur wasn’t working correctly at all and was digging into the spokes. After some investigation, I noticed the hanger was bent. For anyone wondering, this bike uses what you can find on Amazon as a “Derailleur Hanger 442” for the hanger. The universal ones didn’t work at all.
Now that I have a good hanger and have done numerous tweaks to the high and low screws plus the cable tension and other bits, I can change gears well except it just doesn’t want to click into the largest gear. I’m going to be taking it in to a bike shop eventually for them to look into that and for the front having the chain rub against it making an annoying sound I can’t adjust away.
Another thing I’m hoping the bike shop can help me with is the handle bars. I want them higher but it seems like it was shipped with the stem at its highest point. This could be something I’m missing though, so I will find out when I take it to the shop.
Now, I know so far this all seems negative, but I have given it a 4 star rating because despite the little issues I’ve had personally, it’s a great bike. The Shimano system is great, brakes work wonderfully, the seat is honestly not bad for a stock seat, the cables being inside the frame looks nice and you can still feel the cables at certain areas for any adjusting, the handlebar grips are comfortable, the gear shift is easy to read and comfortable to click, and the mud guards and rear bike rack are two really cool additions.
I did remember another few things: when you go to install, the instructions will say to use hardware and it seems like it says that the hardware would be in a separate bag or something, but it’s already on the spots on the bike where they will be going. It confused me. Also, the brake caliper has a plastic guard on it which blends in well for a rookie like me, so take that out instead of stressing out lol. Another thing is that the bike stand is great BUT I may have been missing something, because it would not hold well without nuts, but thankfully I had bolts that were with other accessories I bought and they had nuts, so I used those for the bike stand instead.
It is a nice bike so far. Unfortunately I only took it out once or twice so far until a cold snap happened, but that’s what happens when you live in Wisconsin lol.
I will likely update later on with my findings and after putting more miles into the bike, plus will add photos as well.

Bike arrived well packaged, and all painted parts wrapped in pipe insulation-like material. No parts missing, except for one size hex key, curiously…
Front brake caliper needed to be installed, but the rear was already in place, as was the rear wheel. Front fender was loose in the box, but the rear fender was pre-installed. I removed the rear fender, and did not install the front fender. I also added some “bull horns” for my wife. Handlebar needed to be bolted on, seat installed, and the front wheel needed to be installed, and the rear rack needs to be bolted on. Spin on the pedals, bolt up the kick stand, put some air in the tires, and you’re ready to ride… Took 30 minutes at a leisurely pace.
Bike looks sharp! Nice paint job and finish.
Minor adjustment to the rear derailleur was needed (a simple turn of the barrel nut), but the front was fine, and the disc brakes were surprisingly good to go!
If you are even moderately handy, don’t hesitate to order and put it together. You’ll be rewarded with a new bike with the same specs as the name brand bike shop versions for half the price!
Highly recommended!
