Once I opened the box the tube was worn and it failed me today.

Overall its a nice bike, easy to put together, rides great. But like a few other reviews we had issues with the pedal component too. Thirty minutes into my first ride, my right pedal busts off and the crank arm threads are stripped. Ive been trying to get a crank arm replacement but so far no luck. If you are looking for a heavy duty training bike…this might not be the bike for you. Still hoping i can get a right crank arm replacement.

Best purchase I have made sight unseen and the fastest bike I have owned. I constantly ride on 60km + rides and never had a problem. It’s not a 2k bike, you need to ride it with respect and keep it maintained, but comes with the tools necessary. I recommend a pocket allen key set.

For the money, this is a decent bike: Steel frame fixed gear with 700C wheels. I was not expecting much, but it seemed to hit what I wanted in a fixed gear urban commuter. It has the attachment points for carriers and fenders. The wheels and tires are 700×25 with presta valves and rated for 90-110 psi. The wheels are aero-profile needing longer stems (60mm). I was looking for cro-moly steel (4130) frame, but this is 1020 steel frame and less money. The weight is light enough. The rim brakes are decent. The brake pads are grippy but could be better for adjustment. I did need to adjust the pads to grip the rim in the right place. Tools and reflectors are included. The instruction book is universal, and not specific to this bike. The only thing that needs to be assembled here is the front wheel, handlebar, seat post, and pedals. Check the fit and tighten other bolts. The pedals are good enough and clearly labeled for L or R. Put some grease on the pedal threads when you put them on. I added a bell and a water bottle cage. The attachment points and hardware are good. Seat is comfy. The 47 cm seems to be a good fit for me as I like the smaller frame for stand over height and casual riding. I am 5′ 9″. I like it.

This is a great first fixed gear & really fun as a single speed as well. If you take the time to learn about bikes and how to maintain them you can make this one really nice. It’s a reasonable weight and has a decent starting gear ratio. The saddle is very comfy and the brakes are decent!

It’s hard to knock this bike but I will say the build tolerances are quite wack and the frame is a tiny bit crooked in spots. It is a rock solid steel frame though and even the paint is holding up to some bumps.

This bike is such a steal at 250$

    Good for the price

As I have read the pedal was also an issue for me. I fixed it myself with Amazon help. I found bicycle pedal taps 1 is clockwise /1 is counterclockwise. Retapped the crank arm and added thread lock. It has been a year and no problem. As I also repair and do most of my own maintenance on several (5 ) bikes. I found having it in my toolbox invaluable. Remember when buying from overseas expect some damage. I bought mine used from Amazon.

There was no problem with the product. Exactly what I needed and ordered. I was very disappointed with the delivery method. Although we were home at the time of delivery, there was never a knock at the door or the ringing of the doorbell. The package was unceremoniously dumped on the front porch with no notification. Anyone could have picked it up. Porch pirates abound. This is not a good business practice.

For the first 2 weeks the bike road great. This last week. I have lost a pedal. It disconnected from the bolt on the frame. This came fastened down by the manufacturer. The tires barely hold air. I track my miles and this started happening after 25 miles ridden on this bike. I only ride in the bike lane, haven’t hit any pot holes or crashed. This is a cheap bike and I definitely got what I paid for. Will be getting a different bike.

I’ve loved this bike since I received it 2 months ago. Needed it for environmental awareness and more logical short commutes. It’s simple, easy to ride and stylish. I’ve been thinking of ordering another in a different color but it’s another $200 plus dollars that I’d feel guilty spending on myself lol.

Although i had a few issues with the bike upon arrival due to shipping and handling and the frame was damaged. The company resolved it promptly and accordingly. overall, the the bike is solid and the price was right, love the sealed bearing hubs and re-enforced dropouts and the all black with red looks cool too.

Bike assembly basically requires installing the front wheel and seat, and adjusting the brakes. I had a bike shop do it for me because the nuts to install the front wheel were missing from the box getting destroyed in delivery. The bike had some scuff marks on the frame that took off the paint, but I didn’t buy this bike as a trophy item so it didn’t bother me too much. I used this to get around a mostly flat commuter town and I’m loving it so far. I wish the handlebars were a little wider to give the rider more control, and the wheels are typical road bike tires which are too skinny in my opinion. For the price I think this bike is worthwhile, but shipping needs to be improved greatly.
