I just rode it first time and wanted to review while fresh
PROS:
Light
Looks good overall
Brakes seems good and feel good quality
Price
Big tires 27″
CONS:
Feels and works cheaper than my old bike which was around the same price point
Front wheel is wobbled and looks is not by the shipping as box looks OK
The feeling while shifting is underwhelming and feels weak
I cannot be too hard as for this price it seems ok and the fact they ship here
But if or the same price you can find other alternative consider the pros and cons

Had this bike for 12 hours. I took it for a test ride on a paved bike trail. It struggles to shift gears, if it even shifts at all. 2 miles into my ride the chain fell off and ripped off the chain guard. It fell off another 2 times on my way back to the car. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. You’re better off throwing your money right in the garbage. It’ll save you some frustration. Highland should be ashamed to sell such a useless product.

The bike is very good. The only reason for returning it is that we didn’t need the bike. I bought two other bikes for my grandsons and are very pleased with them. The third bike (the one I am returning) was for a friend of theirs whose parents could noy afford one. Someone else bought one ahead of me.

Bike rides alright and color pattern is pretty sleek. Shipping very unreliable, was 4 days late. Cheap parts and not manufactured well. Owned for 3 weeks now, never left out in rain for extended period of time and I have noticed bits of rust coming down the shocks and around the threads on the pedals. Handle grip already ripped on the end, and there are marks on the tops of the shocks from when it was assembled.

The bike rides well but most of all I was really impressed with their customer service, assisting me with an issue that I had. They promptly responded, came up with an acceptable resolution and followed through during the resolution process.

First Hydraulic Disc Brakes Bike I own and I love it!
No kickstand included, I get the concept of wanting to cut back on weight, or mountain bike riders may not need one, but does make me wonder how many people buy a mountain bike, specifically for riding on trails? I like the look and don’t care that the paint job is not premium quality (glossy) and I can do with the opaque finish. But i think a kickstand is a must, unless you want to keep tossing your bike on your lawn like a 10 Year Old kid. But again, for the price (Even at $349.99) is an Excellent Mountain Bike!
The original seat was too hard for me, but again, keep in mind I don’t ride mountain trails. I love the look of the bike but I use it for street cruising and I ride sitting down. For me, seat was uncomfortable enough to were I had to stop to check if my mid area was purple because I lost 100% sensation in my mid area after 30 minutes due to riding sitting down.
