The bike runs fast and smooth. The bike unfortunately came with a hole in the seat and the fabric starting to come up, you can see this in the picture. However, the customer support team is great and they have already sent me a new seat. I took it on a 20 mile bike ride and it did great. Would recommend!

Husband got this bike. He is 6’1″ and it fits him fine. At 70, he has had a heart attack, cancer surgery and two major foot surgeries. This is the bike for him! Easy assembly. Allowed for learning curve in a wide open space. Now riding several miles close to home going effortlessly up long hills. Rarely need throttle. Great bike, long lasting battery is expected- though we have only had bike 2 weeks.

My youngest son wanted a moped, however being 14 I was leery about purchasing one since I knew a drivers permit would be right around the corner and he wouldn’t use it long. After talking with him about purchasing something he could have to use long term he started looking into e-bikes. This way he could ride to school/work/or take longer bigger rides while camping and have it for years to come. He looked at many different e-bikes, but couldn’t find the “perfect “ one until he came across the Jensen. This bike had everything he wanted, turning signals, light, horn, 7 speeds, long battery life, rack on the back, speed and price. Many of the reviews said it was difficult to put together, but he had it together and out riding within 30 minutes of the bike being delivered. In fact he rode it 10 miles to work and home the same day. The seat is uncomfortable, but what bike seat isn’t! if you want a nice sturdy e-bike with all the extra bells and whistles, at an affordable cost this is definitely the way to go!!

This bike was purchased for a fundraiser event. Watched the video that was on the Amazon website to assemble the bike. (Very good explanation). Took the bike for a ride after assembly to make sure everything worked properly. Very impressed with the handling and the extra features on the bike. (Horn, tail light, turn signals, and bright headlight). Hoping the winner likes this bike too. Packaging for the bike was good. No scratches or dents on the bike when removed from box. Ordered myself one.

Just got the Jasion Roamer today. Assembled it, charged it, and took it for my first ride. Only went about 16 miles, but it was a very smooth, very fun ride. So far, I absolutely love this thing! I’m very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bike itself. Better than a Walmart/Target bike for sure, but certainly no Trek. Very solid mid-tier bike though! In terms of speed, it does exactly what it advertises – 28mph (I’m sure it’d probably do more downhill or with wind at your back). I haven’t had a chance to take it from full battery to empty to test it’s range yet. I’m not expecting to get the full advertised range, but if I can get 25+ miles on a trip, I’ll be very happy. And given my first ride and the remaining battery leftover, I expect it should meet that. If you’re on the fence about this bike, I absolutely recommend it.
I will try to update this review when I have more info. If I don’t, then I am still very happy with the bike 🙂

I am very pleased with my Jasion Roamer e-bike. The estimated delivery time was accurate. The bike was well packaged. Assembly took less than an hour but it was easy. It’s possible to assemble it with one person, but I assembled it with another individual. I’ve ridden the bike 100 miles so far and have had no problems. The assistance is generous. The sound of the horn and lights are great!

It came rather quick all packaged very tight. Manual online and video assembly very precise and easy to follow. Love riding this e-bike, use for commutes around town, even go off road.
