There were screws missing for the crank guard. Out of the four screw holes it only came with one screw.

Product came quick but there was a small issue with the bike so I contacted the seller. Their customer support is great and they offered to have it fixed at a local bike shop on them. I opted for a refund but they still went above and beyond and that means something. Thank you for the excellent customer support for that alone I will definitely buy Ktaxon products in the future.

The pedals feel very loose like there are missing parts inside and the chain keeps falling out even after several attemts to adjust making it dangerous to ride, also the tires are very cheap and wore out after 2 outings less than 50 miles overall I don’t recommend this bike stay away it’s dangerous

I”m a 30 year tool and die maker/industrial machine builder and I am impressed with the quality of this bike. Excellent engineering on the design. I see good quality control in it’s manufacturing. Even down to the packing.

So far I can not complain, for two bikes with disk front and rear, and front shocks with 21 speeds under 500 shipped is an amazing deal in itself. Very easy to build, would advise two people for aligning the front wheels correctly, super easy to work on, love them so far
