This bike is HEAVY. Instructions for assembly is less than ideal. It took about 2 hours after realizing some of the mis-steps. There is no particular instruction for this – other than the Owner’s Manual. It has a lot of instructions but not useful for this model: C26. Battery Charging is especially frustrating. the Key has to be in a particular position and for me – I had to charge it for 8 hours initially (4 hours per instruction did not do the trick; and I didn’t want it to catch fire 🙁 ) once it is charged up – ONLY after I gave it a go – that the battery’s status lights decided to work (one on the handle bar also worked) — it does have a little wobble from the rear wheel — HOWEVER, I’m happy about it — I think this is a sold bike for the money!

This is fun and easy to use. I wish the instructions were a little more clear, especially the seat. That being said, once you build one, you’re good for any. Other people enjoy seeing me ride as well.

Good packaging. Fairly easy to assemble. Gears and brakes were were already adjusted. I haven’t tried the motor assist yet. But it rides good and shifts nice.

I just retired and wanted a step thru bike that would be my primary source of transportation during the summer months. This is my second e bike and I am delighted with this purchase.
I like to occasionally trail ride and this bike is multipurpose as It does handle trails to a certain extent.
I suggest replacing the seat as stock seat is rough.
After 100 miles I had 2 flats, on rear tire which was my fault as well as crunching front sprocket on a log. With these travails I repaired these issues and now. After riding 2 weeks have 225 miles and she is going strong.
Nice entry level bike for the money for sure.
Brakes are easy to adjust and motor, while underpowered, does the job. Very happy!
I wanted to update: Rear tire was problematic so I took it to shop to have rear spokes trued and improved the tube lining.
Bike now has 620 miles and is running strong.

Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und gut verpackt im Karton.
Die einzelnen Teile ware gut mit Schaumstoff umwickelt so das nix verkratzt wird, das Vorderrad und der Lenker sowie der Gepäckträger, Pedale und vorderes Schutzblech müssen noch montiert werden der Zeitaufwand beträgt ca 2 Stunden und ist leicht verständlich. Das dafür benötigte Werkzeug ist alles im Lieferumfang enthalten. Das laden des Akku ist einfach,nur an haushalts üblicher Steckdose anstecken und nach 4 bis 6 Stunden ist der Akku voll geladen. Das Fahrgefühl ist sehr angenehm und macht Spaß. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Gashebel.
Fazit ich gebe den E Bike 5 Sterne weil der Preis sehr günstig ist und das Fahrrad ein schönes Design besitzt und mit einer ordentlichen Ausstattung ausgelegt ist.
PS. Der Koffer ist nachträglich von mir montiert worden und nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.

Inzwischen bin ich seit 1,5 Jahren mit dem Bike unterwegs & bin sehr zufrieden. Auf Topspeed (mit Boost) kommt man auf ca. 25 Kilometer Reichweite bevor eine Neuaufladung erforderlich ist. Außer Reifen & Bremsscheben habe ich keine Zusatzskosten gehabt. Ich habe jetzt nach 1,5 Jahren nur noch 10KM Akku- Reichweite & muss eine neue Akku kaufen, die Reichweite lässt aber sehr langsam nach. Preis-Leistung ist absolut top. Das Fahren ganz ohne Akku ist sehr schwierig und nicht so wie beim normalen Fahhrad fahren. Die Trittkaft wird nur zum ca. 60% übersetzt, weil das Motor mitgeschleppt wird. Also immer auf die Akkuladung achten (wird durch 5 LED Lämpchen angezeigt ) oder direkt eine Ersatzakku kaufen für alle Fälle. Für die Bremseinstellung hinten braucht man einen Imbussschlüssel mit extra kürzem Schenkel. Kaufempfehlung bei Reichweite bis zu 25KM/H. Ich suche gerade eine Akku mit mehr Reichweite und werde mich hierzu zurückmelden.

Bike arrived, assembly was not terribly difficult but not easy. Rear fender arrived broken, vendor replaced it relatively quickly. However, the new rear fender did not have the bracket that came on the original which is riveted onto the plastic. I had to go to Home Depot and put together a way to attach the new rear fender to the frame. Once all this was fixed, the battery will no longer charge or hold a charge. Do not purchase this product.

Extremely happy with this bike once it was finally put together. Great price point and it does everything I need it to. The only issue is assembly. The manual is too sparse to be of good use and the video goes so fast and is zoomed out so you can’t see the finer points of what the technician is trying to do. The seat scene doesn’t show the same parts as this bike so that was difficult. I eventually had to take the seat to a local bike shop to ask for help because I couldn’t figure it out. Assembly aside, great product.

Mein neues E-Bike ist gestern Morgen eingetroffen. Der Zusammenbau ist mit etwas Geduld, sehr gut alleine zu schaffen. Das Rad ist aus sehr Hochwertigen Komponenten gefertigt. Wie zb. Shimano Gangschaltung, Scheibenbremsen und guten Stoßdämpfern.
Es funktioniert im Fahrbetrieb ( rein elektrisch ) wirklich super.
Wie ich oben bereits erwähnt habe, ist der Preis wirklich Fair und für ein so gutes E-Bike einfach Super :-)))
Daher habe ich 5 Sterne vergeben, weil das Gesamtpaket einfach Super ist.

Packaging was really good. No chance if this getting hurt during shipping to me.
It was really heavy to get out of the box. It would have helped to have had another person to pull it out of the box and put it together.
I came back out here to watch the video for the install a couple times as it took me a bit to get it all setup properly. I had to take a break but was able to do it all by myself over a couple of hours.
The instructions on turning on lights and stuff were on this page also, so I had to jump back out here to find that.
Have taken it out for a few spins and I only need the + one notch with the pedal assist on hills. I have not tried the full speed.
My only complaints are how heavy it is and that I can’t lock out the front shocks.
